pak8 Terms and Conditions – Rules and Policies for All Platform Users

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the pak8 website, mobile application or any services provided through the platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all users of the pak8 platform regardless of how they access it – whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser or the pak8 Android app.

These terms take effect from the moment you create an account on pak8. They apply to all activities you undertake on the platform including but not limited to: registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, playing games, claiming bonuses, making withdrawals and contacting support.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the pak8 platform you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so does not violate applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or affiliate of pak8 or any of its related entities.
• You must not have a previously closed or suspended pak8 account without prior written permission to re-register.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on pak8. Operating multiple accounts – whether under the same name, same device, same IP address or same payment method – is a breach of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances being voided.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information including your full name, date of birth, contact number and preferred payment method. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. pak8 may at any time request supporting documentation to verify the details provided at registration, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC, proof of address or proof of payment method ownership.

Your account login credentials – username and password – are your responsibility. You must not share them with any other person. pak8 will not be held liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where the account holder has shared their credentials.

4. Deposits

All deposits on pak8 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. Deposits can be made via the following methods:

• JazzCash
• Easypaisa
• Raast
• Bank Transfer
• Debit and Credit Cards
• Mobile Wallets

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited to your balance instantly. Bank transfer and card deposits may take up to 24 hours depending on your bank's processing times. pak8 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts that belong to the registered account holder. pak8 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit identified as coming from a third-party account may be reversed and the account placed under review.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawal processing times vary by method:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: Typically within 1–4 hours
• Raast / Bank Transfer: 1–2 business days
• Cards and other methods: Up to 3 business days

pak8 reserves the right to carry out identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. This may include requesting a copy of your CNIC or verification of your payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in the withdrawal being held pending verification.

Withdrawals of funds originating from bonus credit are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met before withdrawal is permitted. Real money deposits that have not been wagered can generally be withdrawn without restriction subject to identity verification.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

pak8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. Each promotion has its own specific terms including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, time limits and game restrictions. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion on the pak8 Promotions page and form part of these general terms.

General bonus rules that apply across all pak8 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, household and IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific game categories. Using bonus funds on ineligible games may result in the bonus being voided.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus credit and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated period will be forfeited.
• pak8 reserves the right to alter, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus structures through irregular play patterns, bet cancellation strategies or coordinated play across multiple accounts will result in the bonus being voided and the account being reviewed.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on pak8 – including slots, fish games, Bingo and other game formats – operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published within individual game information panels.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or game malfunction during an active game session, pak8's standard procedure is to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's balance. Where a game result has already been determined and displayed prior to a disconnection, that result stands.

Decisions made by the pak8 gaming system are final. Where a player disputes a game outcome, the dispute must be raised with pak8 support within 30 days of the relevant game session. Claims raised outside this window will not be considered.

8. Sports Betting Rules

The sports betting section of pak8 covers Cricket, Football, Esports and other sports as available. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on pak8:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in regardless of subsequent market movement.
• In the event of a match being cancelled, postponed or abandoned before the minimum required play for settlement, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless specific sport or market rules state otherwise.
• Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 international and other cricket matches are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds availability. pak8 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• Manifest errors in odds – including but not limited to pricing errors resulting from data feed failures – may be voided at pak8's discretion regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed.
• Maximum win limits may apply per bet or per event. These limits are communicated within the betting interface.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pak8 platform. Engaging in any of these will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account
• Providing false identity information at registration or verification
• Using another person's payment method without their knowledge and consent
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or vulnerabilities in the platform
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games
• Laundering funds through deposit and withdrawal cycles without genuine gameplay
• Abusing bonus structures through coordinated play or systematic exploitation
• Attempting to access or interfere with other players' accounts
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment

10. Privacy and Data

pak8 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately at pak8.app/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

pak8 uses your data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, provide customer support and comply with legal obligations. pak8 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11. Responsible Gaming

pak8 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. The platform includes the following responsible gaming tools available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on deposits from your account settings.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be notified or automatically logged out.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent restriction on your account through the account settings or by contacting support.
• Reality checks: Enable periodic reminders of your session duration and net gaming balance.

12. Limitation of Liability

• Interruptions to platform availability due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond pak8's control
• Losses resulting from decisions made by the player during gameplay or betting
• Unauthorised access to an account due to a player sharing their credentials
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from platform use

pak8 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or that specific game outcomes will meet player expectations. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis.

13. Changes to These Terms

pak8 reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Continued use of the pak8 platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with a revised version, you should stop using the platform and request account closure if required.
